Sarah Gerdes

Sarah Gerdes is a partner with Sears, Bennett, Gerdes, LLP. Ms. Gerdes obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and International Law from Michigan State University in 2006 and she received her law degree from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 2009 graduating at the top of her class with a specialization in business planning. She joined our firm in 2009 and has worked primarily in community association law and estate planning. As of January 1, 2016, she was made partner in recognition of her 5+ years of service and her contributions to the firm. Sarah is Board Certified in Residential Real Estate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. She is further certified by the State Bar of Texas and the U.S. District Court Southern District of Texas. Sarah has served as a member of various organizations including the Community Association Institute, the Fort Bend County Bar Association and the Texas Young Lawyers Association.
